- We collect minimal data needed for the app to function (game room codes, nicknames, basic analytics, and in-app purchase records).
- You can contact us at [email protected] to exercise your data rights (access, correction, deletion, etc.).

What data we collect and why
We collect the following categories of data. For each category we state the purpose and the legal basis (under GDPR).
3.1. Required selfie (user content)
- What: A circular selfie image that each player must take before joining/starting a game.
- Purpose: To display a temporary avatar during the live game session so players can recognise who is being voted for.
- Storage & retention: Selfies are used only during the active game session and are not stored on our servers. They are kept in volatile memory or transmitted ephemeral peer-to-peer (or via a transient relay) only for the duration of the current game session and are deleted immediately when the game ends. We do not back them up or archive them.
- Legal basis: Performance of the contract / provision of the service (the selfie is necessary to provide the app feature).
- Notes: By taking the selfie you consent to its use for the running session. Selfies are not published anywhere by default and are not used for profiling.
3.2. Nicknames / Room codes
- What: Nickname chosen by the user and the game room code.
- Purpose: To identify players inside the game session and to enable game matching and room joining.
- Storage & retention: Room data (room code, list of current nicknames) is retained only while the room is active; room metadata is deleted after the session ends. Some minimal room logs may be retained for debugging for a limited time (see retention below).
